These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Dawikk ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Chess Endgame Tactics mobile application as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Application").
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Application.

The Application offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Subscription Duration: Subscriptions are available on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis, as displayed in the Application.
Price: The subscription price is displayed in the Application at the time of purchase and will be charged to your iTunes Account or Google Play Account.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. We will notify you in advance of any price changes.
The Application may offer one-time in-app purchases for specific features or content. These purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.
The Application and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You must not: Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Application, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the Application according to these Terms.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Application and informs users of our data collection practices.
By using the Application, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
