By downloading, installing, or using the Blindfold Chess Trainer mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dawikk ("we," "us," or "our").
Blindfold Chess Trainer is a mobile application designed to help users improve their chess skills through blindfold training exercises, puzzles, and gameplay against AI opponents.

While you can use basic features of the App without creating an account, certain features may require you to register using Google Sign-In or other authentication methods.
You are responsible for:
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to update such information as necessary.
The App offers both one-time purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features.
When you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:
One-time purchases provide premium access for a specified duration without automatic renewal. These purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
Purchases made without account sign-in are device-specific only and will not sync across multiple devices. To access premium features on multiple devices, you must sign in with a supported account (e.g., Google).
All purchases are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Refund requests must be submitted through the respective platform. We do not have direct control over refund decisions made by these platforms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that time.

The App, including all content, features, functionality, software code, designs, graphics, and user interface, is owned by Dawikk and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our express written permission.
The App may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including but not limited to:
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of third-party services.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The free version of the App is ad-supported and may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including AdMob. Premium subscribers will not see advertisements.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device and canceling any active subscriptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We may release updates, upgrades, or new versions of the App from time to time. Such updates may be automatically downloaded and installed depending on your device settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately.
The App is controlled and operated from Poland. We make no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you access the App from outside Poland, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dawikk regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
These Terms are provided in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version shall prevail.
